Web Downloader is a download manager that supports drag-and-drop or clipboard monitoring of download links. You can use multiple threads for faster downloads, and stop/resume downloads at will. Web Downloader supports the use of relative paths for the download directory, so it tolerates changes to drive letter if you are planning to use it with a USB drive.

How to extract: Download the ZIP file and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch the program by double-clicking on WebDownload.exe.
