Go to highest tower and jump off, landing in the middle of the round building to the left. You will crash through this building and land inside a small pool in a secret arsenal, which has all weapons available, including a smart rocket launcher and an orange save orb.

YOU MUST LAND DIRECTLY IN THE CENTER OF THE ROUND BUILDING AND YOU MUST DO IT DURING NIGHT TIME FOR THIS TO WORK.
