To enter cheat mode
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the “config.cfg” file in the “\game\usr” folder. Add the following line to the file to enable the console window.

Begin game play and press ~ to display the console window. Type one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

you do not need to put the before and after your amount of money or your truck number or anything like that dont use the at all. just type in like cheat truck 6 or cheat truck 7 or cheat money 10000 or cheat money 20000 or whatever.
