Finish the game in Perfect Agent mode.
Unlock CMP-150
Pick it up in Sewer Retrieval, and finish the level with it.
Unlock Combat Shield
Pick it up in Trinity Infiltration and finish the level with it.
Unlock DEF-12 Shotgun
Get it from the nightclub stakeout and finish the level with it.
Unlock the Dark Agent
Finish the game in Perfect Agent mode.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article , but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
